On September 20, H.E. Ms. PANG Chunxue, Chinese Ambassador to Albania, together with Mr. Ali Mysliu, the Prefect of Elbasan and Mr. Spartak Nano, Chairman of Albanian-China Friendship Association, attended the event celebrating the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Albania in Elbasan.
